A native Texan, Cathy Sides brings years of corporate management experience to her real estate career, which began in 2001 with Phyllis Browning Company. With a BA in Business Management from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas, Cathy benefits her clients with educational firepower as well as experience. Having worked in Human Resources, with five personal relocations, Cathy brings problem solving and process management skills to the table.
As a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Cathy leverages her knowledge and expertise to make transactions as seamless and efficient as possible, while maximizing her clients' financial outcome. Clients' dreams come with a myriad of needs, and it is Cathy's commitment to fulfill them all. Her achievements are powered by her work ethic, integrity and real estate knowledge.
