Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Julia Arroyo is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a BA in Communications.

Julia has lived in San Antonio for eight years and says moving to the San Antonio area was one of the best decisions she has ever made.  She loves that the people here are so very nice and friendly.  Julia currently resides in Boerne.  She thinks that Boerne is the perfect place for her to raise her family. The community there is very friendly and people just seem so eager and willing to help out with whatever cause.  Julia says San Antonio has so much Mexican flavor, and it feels like a little bit like Mexico.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Julia’s passion for dance awarded her a professional career in Contemporary Dance, Flamenco, and Classical Dance. Julia still considers dancing to be one of her favorite hobbies.  She also shares this hobby with her husband, who is a fantastic dancer as well.Julia Dance

Julia says she is so blessed to have an amazing family.  Her husband always makes her laugh and she has three handsome, fearless, athletic teenage sons who play football and are also black belts in Tae Kwon Do.Julia Sons

Together they have a crazy Dalmatian, Max and lovely Chichuahua, Chewie.

Julia is a meat lover and also a Mexican food enthusiast. Her favorite restaurant is El Rey del Cabrito in Monterrey, but her favorite San Antonio restaurant is Chamagaucha.
